Another compliance test passed with flying colours 💫 ⭐ 💫

Every two years, we are required by the REC (Recruitment Employment Confederation) to undertake rigorous compliance testing in order to keep our status as a member agency. This has always been important to us, to ensure our knowledge is up-to-date, and that we’re working ethically and continually improving our service standards. Whilst there are many recruitment agencies in the UK, not all are members of the REC, but we’ve always felt it important to be answerable to a governing body and to be able to utilise their support and updates on our industry to ensure we’re never getting complacent.
The REC champion great initiatives like the Good Recruitment Campaign and continually strive to improve industry standards. We’re proud to be corporate members, but even prouder to have passed their bi-annual compliance testing once more!
