What We Do
Hello! We’re Gemma & Kate and we are Horizon Search & Selection Ltd. It’s just the two of us, working away at our office in Bury St Edmunds, not too far from the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Established in 2011, collectively we have over 25 years’ experience in recruitment.
We are a totally generalist, independent recruitment agency that believe in keeping it simple, offering great service with integrity and just being nice folks to work with!
Our generalist nature makes us a dab hand at recruiting for a broad variety of roles, both within East Anglia and the rest of the UK too. As Horizon is our business, we’ve been able to be bold with our approach to how we run our recruitment agency. We don’t have commission or KPI targets. It’s not the norm for our industry, but we’re OK with that because we’re not exactly the norm either!
We work hard for our clients because we really, honestly just LOVE what we do. That feeling of making people happy by finding them great staff, or by helping them into a new job…that means everything to us.
