What does horizon mean to us – Kate

I feel really strongly about doing what we do in our own unique style and feel so fortunate to be a part of Horizon. We go against the grain of corporate recruitment, and inject honesty, personality and passion into what we do but also take our work very seriously too. We love being generalist; it means we get to work with some wonderfully diverse clients and candidates which makes it great fun but also a never-ending journey of discovery and learning!
