I am pleased to be able to put on the record the successful association of Gemma Turp and our company. Gemma has been recruiting for us for nearly eight years now and in that time has placed approaching 50 people many of whom are still with us today making up a large portion of the 90 people we employ. In those eight years we have seen the business more than double in size through one of the most difficult economic periods in modern history, particularly for the construction industry who are our customers.

Growth has been possible in no small way due to the speed and quality of the recruiting process. When the work has been there we have been able to capitalise quickly with new staff. This has been a mutually beneficial relationship in that at the outset Gemma was assigned to us as our account representative by the company she worked for at the time. Gemma changed company and we followed her to her new company with equal success.

Now Gemma has her own business in Horizon and we work with Horizon with the representative that Gemma has assigned to support our business. Success breeds success. I would recommend Horizon to any business in the East Anglia region.
