I contacted Horizon about an application for a position I found on a website. The person in charge for this position was Gemma. From the first moment she was very friendly and encouraging. She followed all the steps giving prompt feedback, from the submission of my CV to the company, to the signature of the contract. She is very approachable but also very professional and took care of all the details, making sure that I had all the necessary information at each stage. It was a real pleasure to go through this career change with her and the rest of the nice Horizon staff.
