Before my experience with Horizon, I’d never had any experiences with agencies. Within a couple of days of applying for a position, Gemma contacted me to forward on full details of the job. When I was asked to attend an interview, Gemma gave me full details of what this would consist of and what times were available.
Gemma was due to attend the interviews for this position to offer support to her client, but unfortunately couldn’t make it on the day, instead her colleague Kate was there instead. She spoke to me before and after the interview and with her being present as well, just made the whole interview not as nerve racking.
Even when I was offered the job, Gemma was still in contact with me, liaising with my new employer for any questions I had. A week before I was about to start, she e-mailed to check everything was ok and wishing me the best of luck.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Horizon. As soon as your in contact with them, whether it’s in the form of an e-mail or telephone call, they are so friendly and give you all the confidence and help in finding you a job.
