I have worked with Horizon Search and Selection for many years now in a number of capabilities. Our working relationship first started back in 2012 when Kate contacted me regarding a current vacancy I had with my employer at the time. I met with Kate and agreed to allow her to work on the role, since that initial meeting I regularly used the agency to recruit to vacancies. Kate and Gemma are very hard working, conscientious, they meet deadlines (sometimes exceeded them), they are genuinely passionate about understanding the needs of the role to ensure they put the best suited candidates forward which effectively meant as a recruiting manager my valuable time was not being wasted!
