At Horizon we get that it is hard enough to try and encapsulate who you are on a CV, never mind having to contend with robots to apply for your dream job!
And THAT is why we don’t believe recruitment to be an exact science…it’s a process in which people need to work together, talk to each other and get to know one another in order to get the right match.
It’s something we feel quite passionate about…making sure the advances in technology don’t alter the nature of our work too much. In recruitment, it’s SO important to not rely on technology and remember – it is all about getting to know people.
